Eighty-five percent of home sellers in Ohio report satisfaction with the process of selling their home. It’s worth nothing that 83 percent of the sellers used a real estate agent to assist them in selling their home and that 84 percent of them indicated they would definitely or probably use their agent again.
The most common reasons for selling a home were:
- Home too small – 19%
- Job relocation – 15%
- Neighborhood became less desirable – 14%
- Want to move closer to friends/family – 12%
- Marriage/divorce/birth of child – 11%
- Home too large – 11%
